Parking:
Parking provided for our patients, when arriving please obtain a ticket at the gate and bring the ticket up to the office with you and we will validate it when you are leaving; to which you will scan at the exit gate. If you do not bring the ticket you will have to PAY for the parking.

New patient referral wait times are based on the level of urgency.
Dr. Marcia Benjamin
New patient referral wait times are 3-6 weeks depending on the referring physician’s and patient’s response times, as well as how quickly patients return assessment questionnaires.
New patients can be seen within 1-2 weeks if your referring physician signs off for “consult only”; aka they will do management and care after consults, no follow-up with Dr. M. Benjamin.
New patient referrals are triaged and not all referrals are accepted to our roster, the referring physician will be informed of this and will notify the parents/patients.
e-Consults are available on OTN if the referring physician specifically e-Consults Dr. Benjamin. Response time is 2-3 business days.
